A mix for running that I made this past Spring in preparation for the Hatfield-McCoy Marathon, in which I ended up posting a DNF. Note to self: don't run a marathon two weeks after bringing home a new baby.... Anyway, this was quite a departure for me, mixwise. First, it's pretty much techno based (with almost half the tracks being free downloads from hours of web scouring), which is unusual for ANY mix of mine, let alone a running mix (my two previous running mixes, Nipple Rub and Lung Burn, were rock/punk/surf based). The second point of departure on this mix was that it was my first mix made using my new Roxio software, which finally allowed me to crossfade and play around a little bit. Thirdly, this was the first mix cataloged as "Nuclear Wasteheads" and not "Mesh," which I'd been using for almost fifteen (egad!) years....
Take Taylorsville Road South, past the Gene Snyder, and turn left on Pope Lick Road. Just watch out for the Goat Man....
